Responsible for Client Servicing and Maintaining and forming strategic relationship with client for repeat business and retaining clients.
Interacting and liaising with existing & prospective clients to discuss and identify advertising requirements.
Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new verticals.
Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), Requests for proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
Understanding client requirements, discussing brand issues and communication strategies with the clients.
Translation of brand challenges into creative briefs.
Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign / creative work that meets the client's brief and budget.
Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and also writing client reports.
Working with the account director to brief creative and other associated staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
Supporting areas of functioning.
Ensuring on-time receipt of payments.
Taking pro-active steps to formulate business strategies.
Plan for assigned clients.
Increase billing organically.
